WHERE IS HD-shop.gr SITUATED? CAN I BUY ITS PRODUCTS EVEN THAT I AM LEAVING ABROAD?
Our shop is exclusively online and we ship all products via Courier ACS in Greece and to Cyprus. We no more ship to other countries..
HOW CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT FROM HD-SHOP.gr?
1. Visiting our Online Shop: Click on a product that interests, adding the products in your shopping cart and following the step by step (3 steps) online procedure.
2. Calling at (+30) 2323 111 005 , MONDAY until SATURDAY, 08:00-21:00 (GMT+2 , Apart Holidays)

*Products labeled as Limited (Limited Editions), cannot be booked by contacting us (e-mail or telephone or social media) due to their limited distribution & strict time-priority. An order must be made by the customer himself through the online shop (website).
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
You can pay by: cash on delivery, bank account deposit, using a credit/debit card in a safe SSL encryption environment and via Paypal. For More Information, CHECK HERE.
IS IT SAFE TO PAY WITH A CREDIT-DEBIT CARD?
For absolute security of your transactions, while browsing to our shop and during the purchase procedure all data are electronically transmitted and covered with SSL 128bit encryption, the most powerfull encryption available today. Additionally, no credit/debit card data are kept-saved in our shop.
WHICH ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?
The shipping methods are described below:
1. Shipments to Greece via Courier "ACS" and safe delivery within 1-2 days to all destinations in Greece . All Shipments are tracable, we give you the shipping number so you can trace the position of the package at any time.
2. To Cyprus via courier "ACS" with two delivery options (Super Fast-Secure Delivery within 1-2 working days after shipment & Standard-Secure Delivery within 7-14 working days after shipment). All Shipments are tracable, we give you the shipping number so you can trace the position of the package at any time.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
They are analysed below:
1. Shipments within Greece via courier the shipping cost is 3,00€. (Shipping Costs for Payment via Deposit to a Bank account, via Debit or Credit card, Via PayPal: €3.00).
- Payment upon delivery delivery: +2€ (Shipping Costs for Payment Upon Delivery: 5€)
- Delivery Specific Hours: +3,50€ (Extra).
- Delivery on Saturday* +2,50€ (*Saturday delivery delivery may not be possible in some cases, the customer will be informed accordingly).
No shipping costs are charged (FREE SHIPPING) to the customer for purchases over 50€, regardless of payment method, for shipments within Greece.
2. For Cyprus, the cost of Standard Delivery depends on the weight of the order and is automatically calculated by the system before placing any order (usually for an item the shipping costs are 7€ & if you choose payment upon deliverey: +2€ (Shipping Costs for Payment by Cash upon Delivery: 9€). For Cyprus, the cost of Super Fast Delivery does not depend on the weight of the order and is fixed at 19€* (*Prepayment is necessary, you cannot pay by cash upon delivery)
No shipping costs are charged (FREE SHIPPING) to the customer, for purchases over 50€, regardless of payment method, for shipments το Cyprus with Standard Delivery.
I WANT TO BUY MOVIES OF DIFFERENT AVAILABILITY, WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO BE SHIPPED?
An order that includes products of different availabilities the shipment will be held when all the products become available. So, an order that includes a product with the indication “AVAILABLE” and shipping time “USUALLY DISPATCHED IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS” and a product with the indication “AVAILABLE” and shipping time “USUALLY DISPATCHED IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS”, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If the customer wishes to receive products of different availability separately he will be charged with the cost of extra shipments.
WHAT DO THE AVAILABILITIES MEAN?
AVAILABLE: The product seems available, according to the latest availability information, in our shop & official distributors-suppliers stock. Shipping time is shown in the product page.
REQUEST: The product seems available upon request, according to the latest availability information, it is not in stock at our store. The customer will be informed about the time of order shipment after we receive related information from the official distributor-supplier regarding their stock.
TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK: There is information that the product will be available again. Though, there is no information about the exact time. Product will be shipped once available.
OUT OF STOCK: There is no information on whether the product will be available again.
AVAILABLE SOON: The product will be available soon.
AVAILABLE 2018 (YEAR): The product is expected to become available within year 2018. The availability will become more specific as we receive related information.
AVAILABLE 12/2018 (MONTH / YEAR): The product is expected to become available within the 12th month of the year 2018. The availability will become more specific as we receive related information.
AVAILABLE: PENDING - The product is expected to become available in the future. Though, there is no information about the exact time. The availability will become more specific as we receive related information.
WHAT IS "Order Lowest Price Guarantee" - To ensure that our customers get the best price while buying from our shop, we offer the feature Order Lowest Price Guarantee. This means that, if you have Ordered a product and its price changes between the order registration time and its shipping or release date, you will be charged the lowest price. In case you have already paid for the specific product, you will be refunded the difference by the payment method you have chosen (deposit, credit/debit card, paypal).
WHAT DOES THE STATUS OF MY ORDER MEAN?
After placing an order, you will receive updates via e-mail about the status of it. For your faster service this process has been automated & we will not disturb you until there is a change regarding its status of your order.
ORDER RECEIVED:This is the status of your order after placing it, while we process it based on the products it contains we take into account any points or requests you may have. We will let you know again about its status. We collect the products of your order from our stock or from stock of the official distributors-suppliers and we re-check their availability & condition to make sure you get them in excellent condition! The next update you will receive is the shipment of the order, moreover you have already been informed about the Shipping and Delivery Time of the order during the checkout process (each product mentions its shipping time and in the lower part of the page during the checkout you see the estimated delivery time) and we do not wish to disturb you unless there is a change in its status e.g. if you add or remove products from it. In any case, we will inform you again about its status.
ORDER SHIPPED: - Your order has been delivered to the courier & can no longer be modified. Even that you have already been informed about the Delivery Time, depending on the Delivery Speed you have selected, your order is expected to be delivered in 1-2 Business Days if you have chosen Super Fast Delivery and in 7-14 Business Days if you have chosen Standard Delivery. Additional Order Updates you may receive:
AVAILABILITY CHANGE: After newer availability check of the products at our shop or at the distributors-suppliers stock, we found out that the availability of a product changed and we inform you about it.
AWAITING AVAILABILITY: This order status update is provided when a product included in your order is expected to become available at a future date.
AWAITING RELEASE: This order status update is provided when a product included in your order will be released for the first time.
ORDER DATA MODIFICATION: We modified the information you entered to avoid incorrect billing or shipment of your order. (e.g. conversion of Latin characters to Greek, correction of spelling errors, correction of the shipping address, etc). Also, your update will have this title incase you have chosen as shipping method PRODUCTS SEPARATELY so we inform you about the extra shipping costs per shipment.
I CHANGED MY MIND AND I WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER, IS IT POSSIBLE? WHAT HAPPENS IF I ALREADY HAVE RECEIVED THE ORDER?
If you have completed the order process and for some reason you changed your mind, you can cancel your order before its shipment, either immediately by logging in your account and selecting My Orders>My Order History/View>Order Information/Cancel My Order or requesting cancellation of your order contacting us via mail at returns@hd-shop.gr .
In case you have got it in your hands, you should contact us at returns@hd-shop.gr, in order to return it together with the relative documents (retail receipt or invoice).
If the reason for returning a product is due to our fault, we will bear the shipping costs for returning it. In any other case, you undertake at your own expense to send it the way you received it. In the latter case, the value of the product is returned to the customer without including shipping costs or cash upon delivery costs. *In case you wish to make use of the favorable charges of the cooperating courier company ACS, the charge for the return is 3€.

I WANT TO BE GIVEN AN INVOICE INSTEAD OF RECEIPT, IS IT POSSIBLE?
Yes. You just have to provide us with extra details needed for the completion of the invoice and it will be issued for you.
