Our shop is exclusively online and we ship all products with Courier.
HOW CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT FROM HD-SHOP.gr?
1. Visiting our Online Shop: Click on a product that interests, adding the products in your shopping cart and following the step by step (3 steps) online procedure.

*Products labeled as Limited (Limited Editions), cannot be booked by contacting us (e-mail or telephone or social media) due to their limited distribution & strict time-priority. An order must be made by the customer himself through the online shop (website).
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
You can pay by: cash on delivery, bank account deposit, using a credit/debit card in a safe SSL encryption environment and via Paypal. For More Information, CHECK HERE.
IS IT SAFE TO PAY WITH A CREDIT-DEBIT CARD?
For absolute security of your transactions, while browsing to our shop and during the purchase procedure all data are electronically transmitted and covered with SSL 128bit encryption, the most powerfull encryption available today. Additionally, no credit/debit card data are kept-saved in our shop.
WHICH ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?
The shipping methods are described below:
1. Shipments via Courier "ACS" or "ELTA Courier" or "Speedex" and safe delivery in 1-3 days to all destinations (You can choose the Courier during the checkout process). All Shipments are trackable & we give you the shipping number to track the progress of the package at any time.
2. We do not ship anymore overseas, except Cyprus & Bulgaria. Shipments to Cyprus, performed via Courier ACS. Shipments to Bulgaria, performed via Courier service Econt or Speedy. All Shipments are trackable & we give you the shipping number to track the progress of the package at any time.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
They are analysed below:
1. Shipments within Greece via courier the shipping cost is 1,00€. If you choose payment by cash on delivery you will be charged extra 2,00 €, if you wish the package to be delivered Specific Hours you will be charged extra 3,50€ & for delivery on Saturday* you will be charged extra 2,50€ (*Saturday delivery delivery may not be possible in some cases, the customer will be informed accordingly).
2. Shipment costs abroad vary, they are automatically calculated by the system before placing any order, depending on destination, on the weight of the package or irrespective of it but depending on the selected delivery speed. Shipments to Bulgaria, performed via Courier service and shipping costs 3.00€ per shipment (free shipping for orders more than 100€ irrespective of the payment method selected).
I WANT TO BUY MOVIES OF DIFFERENT AVAILABILITY, WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO BE SHIPPED?
An order that includes products of different availabilities the shipment will be held when all the products become available, if Shipping Method PRODUCTS TOGETHER is chosen.
e.g. An order that includes a product with the indication “AVAILABLE” and shipping time “USUALLY DISPATCHED IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS” and a product with the indication “AVAILABLE” and shipping time “USUALLY DISPATCHED IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS”, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If the customer wishes to receive products of different availability separately he will be charged with the cost of extra shipments.
WHAT DO THE DELIVERY METHODS: ALL TOGETHER & SEPARATELY MEAN?
ALL TOGETHER - During the Checkout Process, choose this delivery method when you want the products all together, when they all become available, so they are grouped into as few deliveries as possible. Cannot be combined in the same order, due to different availability, products with availability indication YEAR or PENDING or MONTH if they are not available in the same month or products with indication AVAILABLE & REQUEST with products TEMPORARY NOT AVAILABLE & OUT OF STOCK. In the above mentioned cases, please separate the products in different orders or choose delivery SEPARATELY. All payment methods available (Cash On Delivery, Bank Deposit, Credit / Debit Card, PayPal).
SEPARATELY - It is no longer possible to ship the products of an order separately. Please, if the relevant message appears during the ordering process, separate the products with different availability (mixed products that are AVAILABLE with OLTHERS that ARE NOT) into different orders.
WHAT DO THE AVAILABILITIES MEAN?
AVAILABLE: The product seems available, according to the latest availability information, in our shop & official distributors-suppliers stock. Shipping time is shown in the product page.
REQUEST: The product seems available upon request, according to the latest availability information, it is not in stock at our store. The customer will be informed about the time of order shipment after we receive related information from the official distributor-supplier regarding their stock.
TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK: There is information that the product will be available again. Though, there is no information about the exact time. Product will be shipped once available.
OUT OF STOCK: There is no information on whether the product will be available again.
AVAILABLE SOON: The product will be available soon.
AVAILABLE 2018 (YEAR): The product is expected to become available within year 2018. The availability will become more specific as we receive related information.
AVAILABLE 12/2018 (MONTH / YEAR): The product is expected to become available within the 12th month of the year 2018. The availability will become more specific as we receive related information.
AVAILABLE: PENDING - The product is expected to become available in the future. Though, there is no information about the exact time. The availability will become more specific as we receive related information.
WHAT IS "Order Lowest Price Guarantee" - To ensure that our customers get the best price while buying from our shop, we offer the feature Order Lowest Price Guarantee. This means that, if you have Ordered a product and its price changes between the order registration time and its shipping or release date, you will be charged the lowest price. In case you have already paid for the specific product, you will be refunded the difference by the payment method you have chosen (deposit, credit/debit card, paypal).
WHAT DOES THE STATUS OF MY ORDER MEAN?
After placing an order, you will receive updates via e-mail about its development. For faster service this process has been automated to the following 7 Basic Order Updates:
1/3. ORDER RECEIVED: In this state lies your order after placing it, while we process and we take into account any points or requests you may have. We will let you know again about its status. We collect the products of your order from our stock or from stock of the official distributors-suppliers and we re-check their availability & condition to make sure you get them in excellent condition!
2/3. ORDER PACKAGING & SHIPMENT PREPARATION: We pack your order & prepare it for delivery to the shipping company. If you need to make changes regarding your order, you should immediately inform us at this stage as it may no longer be modified.
Additional Order Updates you may receive:
AVAILABILITY CHANGE: After newer availability check of the products at our shop or at the distributors-suppliers stock, we found out that the availability of a product changed and we inform you about it.
AWAITING AVAILABILITY: This order status update is provided when a product included in your order is expected to become available at a future date.
AWAITING RELEASE: This order status update is provided when a product included in your order will be released for the first time.
ORDER DATA MODIFICATION: We modified the information you entered to avoid incorrect billing or shipment of your order. (e.g. conversion of Latin characters to Greek, correction of spelling errors, correction of the shipping address, etc). Also, your update will have this title incase you have chosen as shipping method PRODUCTS SEPARATELY so we inform you about the extra shipping costs per shipment.
I CHANGED MY MIND AND I WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER, IS IT POSSIBLE? WHAT HAPPENS IF I ALREADY HAVE RECEIVED THE ORDER?
If you have completed the order process and for some reason you changed your mind, you can cancel your order before its shipment, either immediately by logging in your account and selecting My Orders>My Order History/View>Order Information/Cancel My Order or requesting cancellation of your order contacting us via mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . In the above cases, there will be no charge for the customer.
If you have already received your order you have to contact us in order to return the product(s), including the relative receipt or invoice. If the reason for the return of the product(s) is a mistake made from us we will undertake the shipping cost for the return of the product. In any other case you have to send the product(s) back to us with the same way it has been delivered to you.

Yes. You just have to provide us with extra details needed for the completion of the invoice and it will be issued for you.
