Shipping Methods
1. Via courier-express company ACS or Greek Post Courier Express and safe delivery in 1-3 days to all Greece destinations (You can choose the Courier during the checkout process)
2. Shipments abroad are carried out via Greek Post (Registered/Trackable Shipment) and estimated delivery time 7-14 days.
Exceptions are shipments to Bulgaria, which are carried out with cooperating Courier.
The restrictions imposed on airmail transports worldwide, as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, also have an impact on mail transportation (delays or even suspension of shipments).
For the time being, airmail of all types of postal items is temporarily suspended to almost all countries, except those listed in the table below, until a sufficient transport capacity is available. Respectively, many foreign countries have stopped sending postal items to Greece.
Despite the unprecedented circumstances, Hellenic Post closely collaborates with foreign postal operators in order to provide alternative ways of international mail transport, where possible.
